Confirm the facility's PTI hardware is running on StorLogix Cloud, PTI's cloud access-control platform
Enable the API-based integration between StorLogix Cloud and the target PMS - confirmed live partnerships exist with Self Storage Manager and with Storable Edge
Validate that tenant setups, payments, suspensions, and access changes sync in near real time (seconds) rather than on a legacy batch schedule

Known gotchas
