Documented steps

  1. Create a Railway API token scoped to the project
  2. POST to https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2
  3. Run `query variablesForServiceDeployment($projectId: String!, $environmentId: String!, $serviceId: String!) { variablesForServiceDeployment(projectId: $projectId, environmentId: $environmentId, serviceId: $serviceId) }`
  4. All of projectId, environmentId, and serviceId are required (String!) — serviceId is mandatory here, unlike the plain variables query
  5. The result shows every variable as it would appear during that service's deployment, with all references resolved
