Steps
Onboard as a HONK network provider (an insurer-facing network covering 75,000+ service vehicles)
Use HONK's API/SDK to receive job assignments into an existing dispatch workflow, or activate the native Towbook-HONK integration if already on Towbook
Accept jobs and receive customer/location details digitally rather than by phone
Complete the job and mark it done in the connected system (Towbook or HONK's own interface)
Receive payment processed automatically after job completion is confirmed
Known gotchas
HONK's API documentation is provided to onboarded partners (insurers, OEMs, fleets, providers), not published openly for arbitrary developers
The Towbook integration was rolled out as a phased/tested integration with select partners first; confirm current availability with both vendors rather than assuming universal support
