Documented steps List all apps in your org with `fly apps list`. Create a new app with `fly apps create <name>` (or let it generate a name). Open the deployed app in the browser with `fly apps open`. Show release history with `fly apps releases -a <app>`. Restart all machines of an app with `fly apps restart -a <app>`. Move an app to another organization with `fly apps move -a <app> -o <target-org>`. Permanently destroy an app with `fly apps destroy <name>` (irreversible). Docs: https://fly.io/docs/flyctl/apps/
Known gotchas `fly apps destroy` is irreversible and deletes machines, volumes dependent on config, and the app record. `fly apps move` changes the org; billing and access move with the app. App names are globally unique on the platform. `fly apps open` requires a browser / relies on the app having a public URL.
