Confirm your Mangomint plan is Standard or Unlimited and add the Webhooks integration as a paid add-on from the Subscription page.
Contact Mangomint chat support and provide the endpoint URL(s) you want event data sent to — Mangomint's team configures the webhook on their side; there is no self-serve API/config screen.
Choose which events you want delivered, such as appointment booked, appointment updated, appointment canceled, or sale completed.
Build a receiving endpoint on your side that accepts Mangomint's event payloads and returns a success response.
Test the integration with Mangomint support once configured, since you cannot create, edit, or delete webhooks yourself after initial setup without going back through chat support.
Known gotchas
Unlike most vendors in this space, Mangomint has no published self-serve webhook management API or public REST API docs — the entire setup happens through a support conversation, so don't assume you can rotate endpoints or add event types programmatically.
