Steps Email a brief description of your application to integrations@prodatakey.com to have PDK's integrations team register your API client Receive a client_id and client_secret once approved, for authenticating requests Resolve the topology before calling endpoints: organizations (dealer/customer) -> systems -> cloud nodes (per site) -> connections (controllers) -> devices (doors/gates/readers) Use the Devices endpoint to locate the specific door/gate device, then trigger its relay/unlock action Use the Streaming API instead of polling if you need near-real-time door and access events Known gotchas There is no public self-serve signup; API clients are manually provisioned after an email request You must resolve the org -> system -> cloud node -> connection -> device chain before acting on a specific door; device IDs are not globally flat The REST API is versioned (2.0 current); older 1.0 docs and examples are not interchangeable with 2.0
