Steps

  1. Identify target marks by their 6-character alphanumeric PID(s), or plan a location-based query instead
  2. For PID lookups, pass one or more PIDs comma-delimited in the request
  3. For location-based lookups, pass latitude/longitude plus a search radius and units (METER, KILOMETER, FOOT, or MILE; defaults to MILE)
  4. Account for the 500-result cap per query when choosing radius/paging in dense areas
  5. Parse the JSON response for the limited published datasheet attributes; fetch the full text datasheet separately for the complete historical record
