  1. Obtain your Captivate User ID and API Key from My Account and API key
  2. POST username and token as form fields to the authenticate/token endpoint to get a bearer token
  3. Set the bearer token in the Authorization header
  4. Call the Analytics endpoint scoped to a show or episode ID
  5. Parse the returned download or listener metrics from the JSON response
