Steps

  1. Get your Captivate User ID and API Key from My Account and API key in the dashboard
  2. POST username and token as form fields to the authenticate/token endpoint on api.captivate.fm to obtain a bearer token
  3. Include the returned token as an Authorization Bearer header on subsequent requests
  4. Call the Shows endpoint to locate the target show ID
  5. POST or update the Episodes endpoint with episode metadata and media details to create or update an episode
  6. Check the response for success and the new episode ID
