Authenticate to Encircle's public API and pull job/documentation data into an external system

Sampled — shipped under file-level sampling, not individually fact-checkedcommunity attestations: 0✓ / 0✗
Steps
In the Encircle claim inbox, go to Settings > Bots/Public API and click Create Bot (requires admin permissions)
On the new bot, click Create Bearer Token, re-enter your Encircle password, and copy the token immediately — it is shown only once
Pass the token as an HTTP Bearer credential on calls to the public API described at https://api.encircleapp.com/
Use the interactive OpenAPI reference at https://encircleinc.github.io/public-api/ (built from https://api.encircleapp.com/openapi_v3.json) to find job, document, and photo endpoints
Revoke compromised tokens instantly from the Bots page in Settings if needed
Known gotchas
One bearer token grants access to your entire Encircle organization's data — Encircle explicitly warns to treat it as a shared secret and only hand it to trusted integrations
Don't confuse Encircle (restoration/insurance field-documentation software) with the unrelated 'Circle' community platform (circle.so) or Circle the stablecoin issuer (developers.circle.com) — all three surface similar-sounding developer docs in search results
