Steps

1. After completing a qualifying CertainTeed roofing system install, go to the warranty registration portal at certainteed.my.salesforce-sites.com/Warranty/WOD_WarrantyRegistration?bu=roofing (also linked from certainteed.com/register-product)
2. Enter contractor certification/license details, the job site address, product/system details (shingle line, accessories used), and the paid invoice date
3. Submit the registration — premium/system warranties are only valid once registered by the contractor; unregistered installs default to a lesser materials-only warranty
4. Expect the homeowner's Manufacturer Warranty Certificate to arrive by mail within about 30 days of a properly submitted, paid registration
5. For a claim on an existing roof, use the separate 'Residential and Commercial Roofing Warranty Claims' page on certainteed.com rather than the registration portal
6. For contractor-level account/credential questions, contact CertainTeed's roofing warranty line directly (800-345-1145) rather than the salesforce-sites portal, which handles registration/claims data only
