4. Request current certificates of insurance in the name of the individual or verifying company for both general liability and professional liability coverage
5. Obtain a written scope of work specifying the full NFPA 99 test battery to be performed (pressure, cross-connection, gas concentration/purity, particulate, terminal flow, alarm testing as applicable) and the deliverable (a signed verification report) before work begins
