Steps
Confirm the required documentation package generally includes submittals, the verification report, as-built drawings, and valve/zone maps identifying areas served by each zone valve
Confirm the sequence: installer performs initial pressure/leak tests, which are witnessed by a qualified ASSE 6020 Inspector or ASSE 6030 Verifier as part of a pre-concealment system inspection (checking for leaks and correct labeling before piping is enclosed)
Confirm final verification testing (the full test battery: pressure, cross-connection, gas concentration/purity, particulate, terminal flow) is then performed by an independent ASSE 6030 (or 6035 for bulk/cryogenic) Verifier
Confirm the verifier issues a written verification report documenting all test results, which must be completed and accepted before the system is approved for patient use/occupancy
Confirm the facility retains the verification report, as-built drawings, and valve maps as part of its permanent facility records for future maintenance, breach-repair, and AHJ inspection reference
