Steps

  1. In EZRentOut Settings, enable API access for the company (it is disabled by default)
  2. Generate an access token from the API settings screen
  3. Include the token in the request header as token:<COMPANY_TOKEN> on all API calls
  4. Test authentication with a simple GET request such as retrieving assets
  5. Store the token securely and regenerate it if it may have been exposed
