Identify all sprinkler piping in unheated or freeze-exposed areas (attics, parking garages, loading docks, stairwells, exterior canopies) requiring freeze protection per the original design
Inspect heat-trace cable/tape for physical damage and correct coverage of the pipe run, confirming it's energized/functional during the heating season
