Authenticate and query per Vaisala's REST documentation (docs.vaisala.com) — designed to be callable from any standard HTTP client (Python, JS, etc.).
Pull the road condition classification fields directly: surface state (dry/wet/slush/snow/ice), road surface temperature, and water/snow/ice thickness.
