Set up GPS-verified location time tracking for a commercial cleaning crew in Swept

Steps
In the Swept web app, click Locations > + Add Location and enter the Location Name, Location ID, address, country, and time zone
Confirm the address against the Google-verified suggestion in the dropdown; an unverified address shows an alert on the location list and will affect geofence accuracy
Open the location's Geo-Fence setting, use Map or Satellite view to find the building, and drag the circle radius or use the custom-shape tool to draw the acceptable clock-in/out boundary
Choose whether the geofence is Mandatory (blocks off-site punches) or Non-Mandatory (allows off-site punches but logs them)
Add or bulk-import cleaners and assign them to the location; Swept sends an automatic app-download invite to each cleaner
Review the Offsite Clock-In/Clock-Out Report under Reports to audit any non-mandatory geofence exceptions
Known gotchas
GeoFence functionality is not available on the Launch plan; it requires Optimize or Scale (or Loyalty for accounts predating Aug 1, 2024)
If a mandatory-geofence employee forgets to clock out, they must return on-site or have a manager manually clock them out via the time entry report
An unverified (non-Google-matched) address silently degrades geofence placement, so always confirm the map pin sits on the building, not the street
