  2. Complete the customer handshake to obtain a customer-level session key and customer_id.
  3. POST command=cmdBoxTPortalCustomerData with both sets of session identifiers and the customer_id to the controller endpoint.
  4. Parse the returned customerObj for the customer's stored profile fields.
