Steps

  1. Confirm the account is on the Premium API tier, since webhooks are not available on Basic
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > SmartMoving API > Webhooks > Add New Webhook and enter your callback URL
  3. Choose the events to subscribe to, covering leads, jobs, payments, documents, and customers
  4. Open the Call History drawer at Settings > External API > Webhooks to review the last 7 days of deliveries, filter by Success or Failed, and inspect payload/error detail per call
  5. Pair webhook events with periodic Basic/Premium API reads to feed dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI
