Steps

  1. Upload a glossary file (TSV, CSV, or TMX with equivalent-term or unidirectional mappings) to a Cloud Storage bucket
  2. Call glossaries.create (v3) referencing the GCS URI and specifying language codes/pair and whether it's equivalent-term-sets or unidirectional
  3. Poll the long-running operation returned by glossary creation until it completes
  4. Pass glossaryConfig with the glossary resource name in subsequent translateText requests for the matching language pair
  5. Delete and recreate the glossary resource to change entries, since glossaries do not support in-place partial updates
