Create a Deliverect account configured for the Retail (grocery/dark-store) product tier and register your dark-store location(s) in the Deliverect portal

Implement the Deliverect POS-side webhook endpoint in your dark-store management system; register the endpoint URL with Deliverect so incoming orders are pushed to your system as structured JSON
Parse incoming order webhooks: extract order ID, line items with quantities, substitution instructions, and delivery window; create a corresponding pick task in your warehouse management system
Acknowledge order receipt back to Deliverect within the required response window to prevent the order from timing out on the delivery platform
Push order status updates (accepted, picking, ready for pickup) back through Deliverect's status update API so the delivery platform and customer receive live tracking
