Known gotchas
Deliverect Retail uses a different configuration path than the restaurant product — ensure you are provisioned for the Retail tier, as menu/catalog structures and order injection behavior differ
Order acknowledgment must occur within the platform-mandated window (typically a short number of minutes); a slow or unavailable webhook endpoint will cause orders to auto-reject on the delivery channel, affecting your platform metrics
Item ID mappings between delivery platform catalogs and your internal SKUs must be maintained in Deliverect's channel mapping configuration — stale or missing mappings will cause line items to be unmatched and order injection to fail
