Steps

  1. Authenticate with the account API key.
  2. GET https://{subdomain}.gingrapp.com/api/v1/back_of_house with required location_id and type_ids (reservation type IDs) parameters.
  3. Use full_day=true to retrieve all of today's check-ins/check-outs, or mins_future to scope to a rolling window.
  4. Parse the returned checking_in and checking_out arrays for run/area assignment and status.
  5. Refresh on a polling interval to drive a real-time front-desk display.
