Documented steps

  1. Export `RAILWAY_TOKEN`; POST to https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2.
  2. Run: `mutation volumeInstanceUpdate($volumeId: String!, $input: VolumeInstanceUpdateInput!){ volumeInstanceUpdate(volumeId: $volumeId, input: $input) }` with variables {"volumeId":"<volume-id>","input":{"mountPath":"/new/path"}}.
  3. Redeploy the attached service so the new mount path takes effect; verify under the volume settings and in the container at the new path.
