Documented steps

  1. Export `RAILWAY_TOKEN`; POST to https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2.
  2. Confirm the volumeId of the volume to remove.
  3. Run: `mutation volumeDelete($volumeId: String!){ volumeDelete(volumeId: $volumeId) }` with variables {"volumeId":"<volume-id>"}.
  4. After the call, the volume is queued for deletion; it is permanently removed after 48 hours unless restored via the emailed restoration link.
