Register for access to First American's Digital Gateway and request the DataTree property data API product
Authenticate using the credentials issued for your Digital Gateway integration
Query the property data endpoint by address or parcel identifier to retrieve property, HOA, and lien detail
Use the recorded document endpoints to pull associated deed and document images from DataTree's document archive
Handle the JSON response's nested property, HOA, FEMA, and foreclosure sections according to which data package your account is licensed for
