Steps
Compile the listing documentation showing the inverter, rapid-shutdown initiator/transmitter, and receiver/MLPE were tested together as a PVRSS (or the PVHCS listing documentation if using the UL 3741 path)
Prepare the required rapid-shutdown placard/label at the service disconnect and array per the NEC edition adopted by the AHJ, including the correct wording and conductor-limit values
Photograph and log the physical initiator switch location and array boundary markings for the inspector
Cross-reference the installed configuration against the manufacturer's UL-listed installation instructions to confirm no field modification invalidated the system listing
Bring the equipment listing certificates and JTA-relevant test reports to the inspection in case the inspector requests them beyond the standard placard
