Steps

  1. Authenticate via OAuth 1.0a (or use unauthenticated access for public content)
  2. Request the user's root Node to discover their folder hierarchy
  3. Recurse into ChildNodes links to walk folders, albums, and pages as a single tree
  4. Use each Node's Type field to distinguish Folder vs Album vs Page entries before deciding how to process it
  5. Cache node URIs since SmugMug v2 has no stable numeric IDs to key off
