Documented steps
cd into the project directory (same one used for `up`) or pass `-f path/to/compose.yaml`.
Run `podman compose down` to stop and remove the stack's containers and the networks compose created (images, named volumes, and build cache are kept by default).
Add `-v`/`--volumes` to also remove the project's named volumes, and `--rmi all` (or `local`) to additionally remove service images.
Use the same project name/`-p` used at `up` time so down targets the right resources.
