Go to the official CIMS Directory at cims.issa.com/cims-directory, which ISSA maintains as the authoritative public list of certified organizations.
Search by company name, and if available, filter by certification type (CIMS vs. CIMS-GB) and by geographic service area.
Note the certification level shown (e.g., base CIMS, CIMS-GB, or an 'Advanced by GBAC' designation) and any listed certification/expiration date.
If the company is not found, ask the BSC directly for their certification certificate and independently confirm it against the ISSA directory rather than accepting an unverified claim.
Re-check the directory close to contract award or renewal dates, since certifications lapse and the directory reflects current status, not history.
