Steps
In Spectora, go to Settings > Advanced Tools and enable Actions (requires Spectora Advanced)
Open Advanced Automations and select or create a Category to hold the new automation
Create a new automation and configure 'When this happens' to the inspection event you want to key off
Under 'Only send if,' add a condition that checks the relevant custom scheduling field for the value you care about
Under 'Do this,' choose the webhook action and enter the destination URL that should receive the POST payload
Save the automation and set it to Active so it applies to future scheduled inspections
Known gotchas
Automations only apply to inspections scheduled after the automation is created/activated; use 'Import New Actions' on an existing inspection to backfill it
Webhook actions require Spectora Advanced (Actions) to be enabled — the base Automations tier only supports email/text, not webhooks
Conditions can only use 'and' or 'or' logic, not a mix, within a single automation
