4. Parse the JSON response to extract driver details (name, license, violations, assigned vehicles); use this data to populate downstream analytics or a customer self-service portal
5. For write operations (e.g., adding a driver mid-term), POST to the appropriate Anywhere endpoint with the driver payload; Duck Creek validates against the product configuration rules and returns validation errors or a success response
6. Monitor the Anywhere integration layer health separately from the core Duck Creek application; Anywhere acts as a middleware layer and can be independently scaled or restarted
