  1. Go to BICSI's Search/Verify Credential Holder Directory at bicsi.org (under Education & Certification > Certification).
  2. Search by the individual's last name, or narrow by city, state/province, or country if the name is common.
  3. Confirm the listing shows an active RCDD status alongside the person's name, city, state, and organization.
  4. Cross-check the organization name and location against the claim made by the person/firm you're vetting.
  5. If no record appears, ask the individual for their BICSI ID and contact BICSI directly, since lapsed or newly earned credentials can lag before appearing.
