Steps

  1. Call CreateFlow with an Availability Zone (limited to zones within the current AWS Region), a flow name, and exactly one source
  2. Optionally attach up to 50 outputs and up to 50 entitlements in the same CreateFlow call
  3. Set the flow size to LARGE if NDI outputs are required
  4. Configure media streams to associate with the source/outputs if using ST 2110-style multi-stream flows
  5. Call DescribeFlow to confirm the flow's status, then start it once configuration is verified
