Retrieve venue and taxonomy data from the SeatGeek Platform API

Steps

1. Authenticate with a registered client_id/client_secret pair
2. Call the /venues endpoint to retrieve venue metadata such as location and scoring
3. Call the /taxonomies endpoint to retrieve the category hierarchy used to classify events
4. Use taxonomy IDs as filters on subsequent /events queries to scope results by category
5. Cache reference data locally since venue and taxonomy records change infrequently
