Steps
Obtain an Albi API key with Settings > Integrations access.
Review the Webhooks guide in the Albi API reference (albi.readme.io/reference/webhooks) to see which event scopes are available.
Send a POST request to https://api.albiware.com/v5/Integrations/Webhooks/Create with the API key in the header, including webhookURL (your endpoint) and a scopes array listing the events to subscribe to.
Confirm the webhook was registered by calling the Get All Webhooks endpoint and checking your new webhook appears in the list.
Implement your receiving endpoint to handle Albi's webhook payload format as documented in the HTTP Response guide, and verify it returns a success status so Albi does not retry indefinitely.
Known gotchas
If your receiving endpoint is not publicly reachable over HTTPS, webhook delivery will fail silently unless you check Albi's webhook logs.
Use the Delete a Webhook endpoint to remove stale subscriptions — leftover webhooks from testing will keep firing against dead endpoints.
Scopes must be specified explicitly; a webhook created with no scopes will not receive any events.
