Build a custom instructor application form for hiring in Teachworks

Steps

1. Go to Add-Ons and enable Custom Forms
2. Create a new application form and add the fields you need (using custom profile fields as needed)
3. Publish the form link for prospective instructors to fill out
4. Review submitted applications from the employee management section
5. Convert an approved application into a new employee/instructor profile
