Steps

  1. POST subject, content (HTML), preview_text, and description to https://api.kit.com/v4/broadcasts
  2. Leave send_at null to save as a draft; set it to an ISO8601 timestamp to schedule sending
  3. Set public: true to also publish the broadcast to your web newsletter feed/Creator Profile
  4. Target a subset of subscribers with subscriber_filter — only one filter group type (all, any, or none) is supported per request, no combining
  5. Specify email_template_id to pick a non-default template (list templates first via the email templates endpoint to get valid ids)
