Steps

  1. Create a tag with POST /v4/tags (the root tag wrapper required in v3 is no longer needed in v4)
  2. Tag an existing subscriber by numeric id with POST /v4/tags/{tag_id}/subscribers/{id}, or by email with POST /v4/tags/{tag_id}/subscribers using email_address
  3. List subscribers carrying a tag with GET /v4/tags/{tag_id}/subscribers (cursor-paginated)
  4. Remove a tag from a subscriber with DELETE /v4/tags/{tag_id}/subscribers/{id} (returns 204)
  5. For many subscribers at once, use the bulk endpoints: POST /v4/tags/bulk (create), bulk-tag-subscribers, and bulk-remove-tags-from-subscribers
