Steps
Create an EC3 account at buildingtransparency.org and confirm your account tier — API access requires at least a Professional account with a business email, per docs.buildingtransparency.org/ec3/getting-started.
If affiliated with a verified academic/nonprofit organization, complete your profile with an institutional email to get API access activated automatically at no cost.
Once approved, retrieve your API key from Settings → API & Integrations inside the EC3 app, and reference the endpoint docs at docs.buildingtransparency.org/ec3/api-and-integrations.
