Documented steps

  1. Run `podman compose logs` from the project directory to print the last merged logs from all services.
  2. Stream live with `-f`/`--follow` (blocks until Ctrl-C).
  3. Limit to one service: `podman compose logs -f <service>`.
  4. Use `--tail N` to cap lines per service and `--since`/`--until` for windows, e.g. `podman compose logs --tail 100 --since 30m`.
