Steps
In the Skimmer mobile app, open the work order and tap the Pool tab (on a route stop, scroll to the Readings and Dosages boxes)
Select values for each configured reading (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.); each body of water at a location gets its own tab
Use the built-in LSI & Dosage Calculator to get Orenda-based dosing recommendations, editable before saving
Tap Finish to save the readings/dosages to the customer's cloud service record
Optionally exclude chemical data from outgoing service emails via the Service Emails checkbox settings if customers shouldn't see it
Known gotchas
Readings and dosages are not exposed as their own resource in Skimmer's public API (only DosageTypes lookups exist) - programmatic write access is app-only
Which readings appear and their units are configured separately by an admin under Settings > Readings & Dosages
If a value was imported from a paired device (e.g. LaMotte Spin Touch) and a tech edits it, the device-source badge is removed automatically
