Steps

  1. In the Arryved Portal, connect your venue's floor plan so each table/seat can have a unique QR code card generated against it.
  2. Generate the QR code cards from the Arryved Portal per the single-menu OpenTab setup guide, and place one card at each table, bar seat, or other guest location.
  3. Configure which single menu OpenTab should display when a guest scans a code, per the 'OpenTab Setup Guide For Menu Viewing (Single Menu)' article in Arryved's support portal.
  4. Test the guest flow: scanning the QR code should open a tab in the guest's mobile browser (no app download) tagged to that specific table/location.
  5. Confirm orders placed through OpenTab route in real time to the correct bar/kitchen station and appear on Arryved Service devices alongside the guest's phone view.
  6. Verify OpenTab orders sync correctly with POS, inventory, and reporting before relying on it for a live shift.
