  1. Authenticate with x-buildium-client-id and x-buildium-client-secret headers
  2. Call GET /v1/associations/ownershipaccounts/{ownershipAccountId}/charges to list assessment charges
  3. Use the corresponding POST to create a new charge, and GET /{ownershipAccountId}/charges/{chargeId} to retrieve one
  4. Call GET /v1/associations/ownershipaccounts/{ownershipAccountId}/credits to list credits applied to the account
  5. Reconcile against GET /v1/associations/ownershipaccounts/{ownershipAccountId}/transactions for the full ledger view
