Steps

  1. Run a pricing query first to obtain a valid priceSheetID for the job.
  2. POST command=cmdBoxTWebAPIrequestService with billing address, job address/coordinates, serviceType (Delivery, SOS, Switch, Out, Move, or Live), assetClass, and the priceSheetID.
  3. Set mode=TEST while integrating and validating field values, then switch to mode=LIVE for production requests.
  4. Read the status and errorString fields in the response to confirm the request was created.
  5. If the hauler uses Box Tracker's built-in billing, include the required card-billing fields in the same request.
