Documented steps

  1. Deploy the Fly Log Shipper (superfly/fly-log-shipper) — a prebuilt Fly app running Vector.
  2. Configure the sink in its TOML (e.g. Loki, Datadog, Elastic, Honeycomb, or S3) under `[sinks.<name>]` with `inputs = ["fly_logs"]` and `endpoint`.
  3. Set the `SUBJECT` env var to control which logs are forwarded, e.g. `SUBJECT="logs.my-app.*.*"`.
  4. Deploy so the shipper subscribes to NATS and forwards matching log lines.
