Steps
Go to Properties > Property Maintenance, select the property, and check the Parking Program box, then save
Add Parking Issue Types the same way Security/Maintenance issue types are added
Open Parking Setup on the property and click Add Parking Zone (e.g., Resident, Visitor, Reserved, Garage)
Add parking spaces to the zone via auto-fill or manual entry, assigning a Parking Space Type
Set up Addresses/Units (for resident/violation history) and Locations (e.g., West Lot, Fire Lane) for reporting detail
Known gotchas
You must add at least one Parking Zone before the system will let you proceed — a "No Parking Rules were found" alert blocks setup otherwise
Address/Unit/Resident violation history only works if Addresses and Units are configured separately first
