Known gotchas
re:SearchTX does not expose a public REST API; programmatic access requires a vendor-level data agreement with Tyler Technologies or screen-scraping, which violates terms of service
Not all 254 Texas counties have fully integrated their case management systems into re:SearchTX; rural and smaller counties may have incomplete or delayed records
Justice of the peace and municipal court records are generally not included in re:SearchTX; only district, county, and probate courts participate in the statewide system
