Steps Request FieldNET API access from Lindsay, since access is granted case-by-case, and complete OAuth2 authorization. Call the equipment endpoint for a high-level, consistent overview of all equipment on the account. Call the irrigation systems endpoint to get an abstracted view of pivots, laterals, and Precision VRI systems. Call the irrigation controllers endpoint to get operational status for control panels (e.g., BOSS, VISION, 700 Series). Make all calls over TLS against the v2 API base URL, refreshing the OAuth2 token as needed.
Known gotchas API access is not self-serve; Lindsay grants it on a case-by-case basis, so provisioning lead time should be planned for. All endpoints are relative to the v2 base URL and require TLS, with no unauthenticated fallback.
