Steps

  1. Go to NICET's certification verification portal at nicet.useclarus.com/view/verify
  2. Search by the individual's Certification ID for the most reliable match (the number printed on their certificate/wallet card)
  3. If the Certification ID isn't available, search by last name plus first initial instead
  4. If someone claims certification but doesn't appear in the search, or you suspect an altered certificate/wallet card, contact NICET directly rather than accepting the claim
