Confirm ANSI A326.3 (Tile Council of North America / ANSI, current edition reflecting the 2021 revision with the 2022 five-category product-use DCOF classification) explicitly includes polished and unpolished concrete within its scope of hard-surface flooring materials, alongside tile, stone, and other hard surfaces.
Select the applicable use-category minimum wet dynamic coefficient of friction value, since the standard sets different minimums for different use categories rather than a single universal number for every space.
Be aware that some polished concrete and polished stone surfaces can produce artificially high DCOF readings on common test devices due to a stiction effect (the test slider sticking to a very smooth polished surface), which can mask real slip risk.
